Mutual of Omaha Names Justin Snyder Vice President of Software Engineering and Applications

OMAHA, Neb. – Mutual of Omaha has named Justin Snyder Vice President of Software Engineering and Applications for Health and Annuity Solutions at Mutual of Omaha. He oversees the Health and Annuity Information Services team and provides strategic leadership for software engineering, technology delivery and innovation. His team develops customer-focused technology solutions that support the full life cycle of Health and Annuity products and services.

Snyder joined Mutual of Omaha in 2026. Before joining the company, he served as Vice President of Technology for Output Solutions at Fiserv. Snyder previously spent more than 26 years at Union Pacific, where he began his career as an information technology auditor and held several leadership positions. His most recent roles included Senior Vice President of Product Development for Union Pacific subsidiary PS Technology and SAP Enterprise Services Lead for Union Pacific’s technology department.

Snyder earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
