WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Client‑Facing Technology Leadership: Partner with an external technology vendor to design, build, and evolve a client‑facing digital solution that supports our embedded insurance and distribution objectives. Serve as a key business lead in translating sales and distributor needs into clear requirements, ensuring the technology enhances the client experience and drives measurable sales outcomes.
  • Contact Center & Lifecycle Integration: Collaborate closely with contact center marketers and lifecycle marketing teams to seamlessly integrate the technology into end‑to‑end client journeys. • Solution Commercialization & Market Adoption: Actively position, promote, and sell the technology solution in the marketplace. Develop value propositions, sales strategies, and enablement materials that clearly articulate the benefits to distributors and producers, driving adoption, usage, and revenue growth.
  • Strategic Distributor Relationships: Build and deepen relationships with brokerage distribution agencies that leverage the technology, serving as a trusted partner and advocate. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance distributor performance through technology‑enabled workflows, insights, and sales strategies that strengthen long‑term partnerships.
  • Innovative Marketing & Growth Execution: Craft, negotiate, and execute marketing and activity action plans tied to technology adoption and distributor success. Define clear objectives, document execution plans, and measure results to ensure initiatives translate into tangible business growth.
  • Cross‑Functional & Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across home office teams—including Marketing, Information Services, Customer Service, Actuarial, and Legal—as well as external vendors, to ensure commitments are delivered and technology enhancements are executed effectively. Lead training, demonstrations, and sales seminars that drive confidence and competence among distributor partners.
  • Market Insight & Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends related to digital distribution, compliance, carriers, and sales technology. Provide informed recommendations on product and technology strategy, continuously refining the solution to meet evolving distributor and marketplace needs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Sales, Distribution & Relationship Leadership:  3+ years’ experience selling to and servicing producers or agencies within the financial services industry, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted distributor relationships that drive adoption, engagement, and sales growth.

  • Technology‑Enabled Selling & Enablement Skills:  Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to translate technology capabilities into compelling value propositions and practical sales use cases for distributors and internal partners.
  • Execution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration:  Demonstrated ability to transform insights and requirements into clear action plans, coordinating effectively across marketing, technology, contact center, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, client‑facing solutions.
  • Open to up to 30% travel to support distributor relationships and solution adoption.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience supporting or commercializing distribution technology, client‑facing digital solutions, or embedded insurance models, including non‑traditional approaches to selling life insurance through digital, partner, or platform‑based channels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and related sales, marketing, and analytics tools to manage distributor relationships, track solution adoption, support pipeline development, and inform go‑to‑market strategies. Familiarity with MS Office, Zoom, Allego, Tableau, and e‑application or digital enrollment technologies.
